- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an appointment at 7:30 am. The line was long, 4 service technicians were there at thier terminals. For 15 minutes not a single one of them would make eye contact with the growing line of customers. Not one of them! What kind of service is that?? It's poor customer service, plain and simple. I also own a Toyota and a Mazda, both cost far LESS than my Ford truck, and both Dealerships provide superior service to Big Mike!By Brian Stephens, February 18, 2017
