Bruce went through the whole box with us explaining what is valuable and what was not. There were some pieces but overall it was mostly junk. Bruce was completely honest with us. He spent time explaining and ensuring we understood the ins and outs of the pieces we brought in. Initially they wanted to offer me a bit lower than other places, however after reassuring them that I had real gold I was able to negotiate a higher % rate on their buying price.
