- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I looked at a couple places before settling on Biondi for an engagement ring. I worked with Dennis and Tiffany and they were exceptionally helpful. I was extremely picky and they showed a lot of patience. Once I finally picked out a setting, they were able to accommodate my 10 day deadline! This included sending out specs for a custom setting from one of their dealers. The best part, they were $300 under the quote they gave me and 4 days early. When I came to pick up the ring, Tiffany and Dennis' wife were so happy for me and I could tell they really cared about my experience and wanted to hear all about how I was going to propose and took a pic to add to their book of engagements. Finally, they asked for my girlfriends address so that after I proposed they could send a letter to her explaining my experience in the store and all about the ring selection process, along with the picture of me picking up the ring.
