  Today I called to verify my due date on my TV so I don't lose it and stay on good standing with the company but was put on hold a whole 17min 35sec. I was told they were busy and would get to me as soon as possible so I decided to test that theory so I drove to Ez pawn on 6th and Peoria to find NO ONE was in there so this by far is inexcusable bad for the business and customers. Just thought I'd share with the world don't believe everything your told the lie detector said it was a lie lol crazy

  EZ ripoff is there real name. Like so... If it's something they want or is new they give descent deals. Other then that they scam you on your expensive items so much you feel belittled. $11 for a $100 tablet. And I tried selling some other exspensive items well over that amount and they offer $15. Never will I go there again!! I freaking hate EZ Pawn for the simple fact they don't do great business. They just take your valued belongings and run them in the dirt and lower there value x1000!

  After I stood there for 20 min. to buy a TV the girl was fairly nice, uninterested in her job but nice. I bought the TV under false advertising, it said on the label Smart TV. Got home to realize it wasn't and called them to and another uninterested boring employee answered to let me know I had one day to return and they couldn't do anything else. They don't know what they're selling. I was dumb enough to it check the product before I bought it. Don't make the same mistake!

  Purchased earrings for a hundred the seller told me they had diamonds pawned them 5 months later and the lady tells me they have no diamonds and offered me 20.00 on a 100 dollar purchase. Then they were trying to sell me this silver cluster diamond ring 600.00 silver is not worth that much. They pay you little to nothing when you pawn. But triple you merchandise when trying to sell it. Hate this Peoria store and I have not gone back
