  Won't go here again. I went in to look and the lady didn't want to help me. I wanted to buy a tablet and the lady who worked there was rude and disrespectful. I didn't want to hear your opinion on the products I just wanted to buy them and I wanted to know what I was buying. I don't give a darn if you like them or don't like them. Keep your opinions to yourself and have knowledge of the things you sell. The lady doesn't know how to do her job. Poor service. I felt embarrassed and humiliated.

  the most bad actitud and costumer service that i ever seem i was there for buy few ps4 games and i did wen i get home one of the cds wasnt even in the box , i call them back and they put me in hold for 15 min , i decide to call them again and the lady was so rude and giving me actitute i will ever go buy someting in there. so upsep.

  First, a few months ago I took my wii in for a loan, the "manager" was the one to do what was supposed to be a loan, but what actually entered into the system as a sale. Luckily I was able to have it rectified. Just today I was taking the same wii n games in for a loan. My rechargable batteries were dead, so I left them at home. Any other time I've gotten a loan on my wii, there were batteries available to test incoming products. Again the same "Manager" tells me I need to go buy batteries to make sure the remote control works. I ask "Am I supposed to be spending my own money?" "She replies yeah" This is after learning that they needed batteries anyway. I took it elsewhere, and got more money for the loan, with less products. They will rip you off if you let them. If I could give them no stars, I would. I will never pawn, or shop there again. Fk em

  I've been pawning at this location for several years. As always I get what I need and I have a good standing with them but I have to say even though the manager Elizabeth says hi to me she always has a attitude rude and just disrespectful to customers and her employees. I witnessed her nasty attitude over the years. I decided to move my business some place else.
