  Worst place to get loan from. Horrible customer service. When an emergency happens they are not will to work with you what so ever or give a little bit more time to solve the situation. Horrible people as well. You could on your death bed and they still won't help you in anyway shape or form. Horrible and disgraceful people.

  Horrible, horrible customer service. Don't recommend it at all. We started the application online and the gentlemen told us to go to a loan stop and finish the process, that we had been approved. Walked in and the lady did not want to help, told us we hadn't been approved, it would take 24 hours. She had an attitude the whole time, we walked out and took our business somewhere else. They laughed as we were leaving. I recommend the Money Tree. Excellent and quick customer service.

  Great customer service,I would like to thanks Jaimee and Michelle for being professional they walk you thru the loan process with a patience I've never seen before. Customers have to understand that they don't make the rules cause I've seen customers made just because they ask for additional paperwork,they kept calm and always kept helping. FIVE STARS for your professionalism
