  Be careful with this bank, especially when reading your transaction statements online. They will show that certain deposits have cleared, when in reality they are neither available or have actually posted to your account. The way their system works, is on your end the deposit shows cleared, but on their end it's still on a hold. So, you don't have those funds. Meaning your available and your current balance have to equal in order for your amount to be correct. If they don't equal check your deposits and make sure they went through. Additionally you get to waste your precious time and call them to have them tell you, no that one is on a hold. Its completely stupid how their system runs. Please change your system, and put deposits that are on holds in the transactions that will come through later, not cleared in someones actual statement. It wastes time and confuses people. Thank you!

  This place is a joke, I've banked with NFCU for years and the branch manager at this location as well as the supervisor made a discriminatory call after I attempted to make a deposit. There was no ethics and morality in the decision making process. After this experience, I'm definitely choosing a different place to actively bank.

  I have had numerous problems with my vehicle loans for the past year with this bank and no matter what I do it seems they just keep charging me more and more money not even for the loan for late fees that occrue when they've made mistakes. I've spoken with Brandon who is the supervisor and he refused to help me at all in any way with anything that had to do with my loan because "it wasn't their problem" had I known I was going to be treated so poorly I wouldn't have gotten my vehicle loans through this bank. Ive moved my bank to key Bank and plan on being refinanced through them for both of my vehicles. The service here is some of the worst Service I've ever encountered.
