  Roger is always there when you need him! He made the claim I had on my car easy and hassle free. He was there for me every step of the way. I appriciate his help and his kindness in making a bad situation end up ok. Thank you Roger!

  Very poor experience. First we find out that Allstate has our roof listed at 31 years old even though it was replace 7 years ago. So I call Roger and tell him, also asked him if he needs proof. He said "No, I'll fix it." I also told him that we dropped our auto coverage, and asked if the new premium would change for our homeowners. He said not for the next year, but it would next year. Then we receive a letter from them stating that they were cancelling our insurance because one of our trees has branches extending onto our roof. I called and talked to Roger again and set up a time that he could come out and talk to me about this. He never showed or called. I called him two days later. He said he got busy and couldn't come out. So I made another time for him to come. He showed up over an hour late. He said that he would have one of his employees come out and fix the issues. Well the guy never came. So we once again called Roger's office and left messages. He never called back. Finally almost two weeks later my husband finally got him on the phone. He said that he would have his guy come out today at 9:30 and do the work. At 9:40 Roger called and asked me about our Auto insurance. I told him that we had all ready talked about it. He said we hadn't and that maybe I should switch to the company we have our auto insurance with and then hung up the phone. Really? Is this how your company this that they should treat their customers? Now because of it our neighbors are shopping around so they can drop Allstate. If you do stay with Allstate, do not go with Roger's office. This was the worst service we have ever had with insurance.

  Went in there to get auto insurance for one of my cars and a month later I get a statement for renters insurance. My sister keeps getting her statements with different amounts and with autos she no longer owns.. Its been a nightmare for the over a year with this office.
