- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been out of work for a year so my loan payments where behind. Finally i found a job and began to catch up. I contacted your manager Joannie and she told me that that she could help me finding a better interest and monthly payment, she ask me to bring to the office my check stubs and my husband Bank statements and that after she would make and appt with us to review this. I brought the documents to her, she say that would contact me the following week to set the appt. I waited and no call came. I called her few times and i was never able to speak with her or she returned my calls. I have to assume that she was just tricking me to gave her all that paperwork without any honest intention of helping me. I am very upset with this company, will never recommended it to anybody and i am looking for a way to transfer this loan. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady that helped me was extremely rude. Never told me her name. Never introduced herself. Was rude regarding my credit which was my whole reason for coming in was for advice.
