  Absolutely horrible!!!! Went through nearly a year of issues with a single bill from University Physicians. Had to make monthly payments due to the EXTREMELY expensive bill. They lost record of multiple payments towards the bill, admitted to the mistake and then declared there was nothing they could do. I ended up having to pay nearly double due to the lost payments. It was either that or have the bill hit my credit. They know you have no choice if you care about your credit and use that against you. Extremely disrespectful and aggressive on the phone. I was hung up on numerous times over the year of dealing with this single bill. I had to have 50+ phone calls with their billing dept. and never once spoke with the same person, NOT ONCE!! That alone should be a red flag!! There is no way they have 50+ employees answering phones in billing. It is clearly due to constant massive turnover. With that consistent turnover there is no way anyone that worked there could ever reach a level of training and understanding of the job. That is way my account was constantly having issues. Don't believe it will happen to you? Think again! look at all the same consistent reviews about this place! Don't be fooled, they run a scam here and it won't stop until patients refuse to be seen here. Don't be a pushover! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. They should be ashamed of the way they do business here and we as patients should demand better from a healthcare provider!

  They deliberately make you pay more than service they provided. They change you by their "knowledge" instead of their service. I visited a doctor of University Physicians, Inc. for my finger. The doctor did not provide any treatment, but they charged me $2468 for surgery. I called the clinic. The manager she told me they went to school for 12 years and they have the knowledge. She asked me why I did not go to my neighbor for my finger. Their billing department kept telling me that their billing code is correct.
